الشحن والتوصيل

1- قد يتأخر الطلب على العميل لأسباب متعلقة بالعميل نفسه، مثل عدم تواجده في موقع التوصيل، أو عدم رده على اتصال مندوب التوصيل، أو طلبه تغيير عنوان التوصيل، وفي مثل هذه الظروف لا يعد المتجر ولا شركة التوصيل مسؤولين عن التأخر. 2- يجب على العميل إدخال اسم المستلم وعنوان التوصيل بشكل صحيح، وفي حال وجود خطأ في العنوان أو أرقام الاتصال فقد يتسبب ذلك بتأخر الشحنة أو عدم توصيلها أو فرض رسوم إضافية من قبل شركة الشحن أو مندوب التوصيل. 3-يجوز للمتجر تغيير شركة الشحن المختارة من قبل العميل دون الرجوع للعميل إذا كان الشحن مجاني، كما يجوز تغييرها إذا كان الشحن مدفوعاً على أن يعيد المتجر فرق الرسوم للعميل إذا كانت الرسوم بعد التغيير أقل

يجب على العميل إرسال طلب التعديل أو الإلغاء عن طريق واتساب المتجر 01098863658 1- في حال تم تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن قبل استلام طلب الإلغاء، أو في حال عدم استلام العميل للطلب لسبب عائد إليه، وقامت شركة الشحن بإعادة الشحنة إلى مستودعنا وفرض رسوم على الشحنة والإعادة،سوف يتحمل العميل هذه الرسوم 2- لن يتم فرض هذه الرسوم على العميل إذا لم يتم فرض رسوم على المتجر من قبل شركة الشحن.
